19th Annual Kenai Peninsula Quilting Guild Retreat Information

It’s time to think about the Guild Retreat in February. We have a lot of fun ideas for the retreat, to say nothing of the food and shopping time in Homer.
We will have a mystery this year. Fabric requirements and cutting instructions will be included in the retreat packet. We will also have the traditional block exchange, our usual show and tell, and a gift exchange. Patterns for the blocks will be included in the retreat packet.
As the in the past, space is limited to 60 participants so fill out your registration form and mail to Cathy Howlett, 232 Stacy Drive, Soldotna 99669 prior to the October 4 meeting. If more than 60 are signed up, we will have a drawing. Those who are not selected will go on a waiting list and be notified if someone cancels. If you are selected and cannot attend, you must notify us by January 1 to receive a full refund. Remember, you must be a current member to register to attend the retreat.
The cost of the retreat is $130.00. If you wish to order a retreat T-Shirt, complete that section on the registration form. Payment of $20.00 for each short or long-sleeved shirt must accompany the form. Make all checks payable to KPQG. Please select your Saturday evening dinner preference at this time.
Land’s End has set aside a block of rooms for “retreaters”. When registering, indicate that you will be attending the KPQG Retreat to get a slightly better rate.
